POLYVAGAL THERAPY

Understanding your nervous system. Learn how trauma shapes the nervous system and use grounding, nervous system mapping, and regulation tools to create lasting change.

ATTACHMENT THEORY

How we connect. Explore how childhood experiences shape relationships, bringing healing to past wounds and transformation to present connections.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Activates the brain's natural healing process to help resolve traumatic memories and distressing experiences.

BRAINSPOTTING

Uses a specific point in your visual field to access and process trauma stored beneath the level of language, supporting deep healing.

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Identifies and reshapes unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that keep you feeling stuck.

Internal Family Systems (IFS): 

This form of therapy looks at a family as a whole an identifies individuals roles.A parts-based therapeutic model that views the mind as made up of different “parts” (such as protective or wounded aspects) alongside a core Self.
